1. General
These terms and conditions apply to every offer, treatment and transaction between Men’s Bodyland (hereinafter: Bodyland) and a client to whom Bodyland has declared these terms applicable, unless explicitly deviated from in writing.
2. Reservations
2.1 Reservation requests
Only persons aged 18 or older may make reservations. Bodyland reserves the right to refuse reservations without giving reasons.
2.2 Online and telephone reservations
An agreement is concluded once a client confirms an online reservation or completes a telephone booking and receives an email confirmation.
2.3 Checking reservation details
The client must check the reservation confirmation immediately and report any inaccuracies without delay.
2.4 Arrival time
Clients must register no later than 5 minutes before the scheduled start time of the treatment.
2.5 Scheduling treatments
If the desired times are not available, Bodyland will contact the client within two business days to discuss alternatives.
2.6 Late cancellations or no-shows
If canceled less than 24 hours in advance or the client does not show up, the full rate will be charged. If the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, Bodyland may cancel the treatment and charge the full amount.
3. Efforts by Bodyland
Treatments are carried out professionally and according to current standards. Cell phones must be switched off or set to silent during treatments.
3.1 Massages and therapies
Bodyland does not provide medical treatments. Clients with health complaints must consult a physician first. Bodyland is not liable for damage resulting from withholding health information.
3.2 Health
The client is responsible for reporting medical conditions or medication use.
3.3 Waxing, laser, hammam and teeth whitening
These treatments are performed with care. Changes to the treatment or pricing, where possible, will be communicated in advance.
4. Payment
All prices include VAT and are listed on the website. Payment is due immediately after treatment. New clients pay 25% in advance for online reservations.
5. Personal data and privacy
Bodyland processes personal data in accordance with GDPR. Data will not be shared with third parties without consent. Clients have the right to access, modify or delete their data.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared by the client during treatments is treated confidentially, unless legally required otherwise.
7. Liability
Bodyland is not liable for damage caused by incomplete or incorrect information from the client, nor for loss or damage to personal property.
8. Guarantee
Products have a 7‑day guarantee if used correctly. No money‑back guarantee, but exchange is possible within 7 days.
9. Damage and theft
Damage caused by the client will be compensated. Theft is always reported to the police.
10. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing within 5 working days. Bodyland will respond within 5 working days. If necessary, complaints may be referred to a mediator or court.
11. Proper conduct
Clients exhibiting repeated misconduct may be refused access without explanation.
12. Applicable law
Dutch and European law applies. The Dutch version of these terms is leading. Bodyland is not responsible for third‑party comments on social media.
13. Gift cards and vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and are not redeemable for cash. They are not always personal.
14. Additional provisions
Amendments or deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.
15. Amendments
Changes will be communicated clearly. In case of conflict during promotions, the most favorable version for the consumer applies.
16. House rules
- Respect the peace of other clients.
- Unwanted behavior or sexual remarks are not tolerated.
- Use of alcohol or drugs prior to treatment is prohibited.
